SBSTC - Online Reservation

This is the official Android app for online seat reservations on SBSTC buses. The app offers a user-friendly interface, making it quick and easy to book a seat.

1. Step 1: Launch the app on your Android phone or tablet.
2. Step 2: Enter your journey source and destination. The system will suggest available stops. Choose your travel date and time, then click the Search button.
3. Step 3: A list of available services matching your criteria will be displayed. Select your preferred service.
4. Step 4: Log in with your existing credentials or sign up if you are a new user. You can also use these credentials for online reservations using your desktop, laptop, or mobile browser at http://www.online.sbstcbooking.co.in.
5. Step 5: Choose your seat - blue for unreserved seats, grey for reserved seats. Once selected, it will turn orange. Click Confirm to proceed.
6. Step 6: Confirm the traveler's age and gender and proceed to payment.
7. Step 7: Upon successful booking, you will receive an SMS. You can also download the ticket in PDF format from the Future Booking option by clicking on the ticket number. Cancellations can be made through the future booking option as per the policy.

Terms & Conditions

• Travelers are advised to use a valid bank account for online payments.
• Payment modes: Net Banking, Debit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro), Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro).
• Login, select seats before making payment.
• After payment completion, you will be redirected to the SBSTC portal with payment status information and a link to download or save the ticket in PDF format.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation at least two hours before departure is allowed with applicable charges.
• Cancellation charges per seat: Before 48 hours - 20%, Between 48-6 hours - 35%, Between 6-2 hours - 50%.
• Refunds credited within 8 working days to the debited account.

Product / Services

• Ticket purchases for bus services operated by South Bengal State Transport Corporation on selected routes.
